Affirmations don't work by just saying them

Affirmations don't just work by saying them, they work by.. becoming "it".


I AM I AM I AM I AM


Don't just say it, live it, breathe it, be it. 



Affirmations
 are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.

The key to positive affirmations is this: Don’t lie to yourself. That’s it! 

Telling yourself things you don’t believe doesn’t help.

For example, “I’m the best version of myself that I could ever be.” We can tell ourselves that a million times, but it won’t change a thing unless we truly live by those words each and every day.
